Super professional, I called at 7pm in desperation because I needed accommodation for the night with access after midnight as my flight was arriving late. They responded immediately, giving me all the instructions for self check-in and parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived and found the room well heated (which is not a given in Sardinia). Thank you so much for your hospitality, I will come back again when I have to pass through Cagliari again 😊

It's quite close to the Bastione and the Villanova neighborhood, without getting into the hustle and bustle. You'll find places to eat and even supermarkets nearby. The bus stop to the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Stefania was attentive in giving us directions and resolving any issues.

The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. It has minimal services that make the stay pleasant. An electric kettle and coffee utensils always help.

Air-conditioned room with a large, comfortable bathroom with shower, located on the first floor of a small building a stone's throw from Cagliari city center. Strategic location, excellent for parking. Very kind and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Central location, convenient and safe access. Cozy, clean and spacious room. Well insulated from external noises. Equipped with the necessary services: Refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, towels, toiletries, fresh water, heating/cooling, extra pillows and blankets, TV. Very helpful manager.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was close to the main bus and train station and almost in the heart of the city, which made our trip even better. Thank you for everything.

A large room located in the historic city center, in an old tenement house on the second floor. The location is ideal: all the main sights are within walking distance, and buses to Poetto Beach leave from a stop about 300 metres away. The accommodation is only 600 metres from the station, which means you can easily get there from the airport using the cheapest and fastest option: the train. The room with a private bathroom is equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and glasses are also available. Wi-Fi works flawlessly!

Kindness and communication from the beginning with Stefania, a kind and exceptional girl like all the staff. As soon as you wrote a message on WhatsApp they responded almost immediately and the checkout information was impeccable. They also allowed me to leave my luggage at check out.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We could check in one hour earlier without any issue. We had a nice stay, it is clean and the location is very convenient for our trip, close to everything we want to see and need. Definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is right in the central area, close to all the restaurants and very close to the train and bus station. It is the perfect place if you want to explore the city, and here just to sleep and take a shower. What surprised us was that the cleaning lady even arranged the beds

The bed was super comfortable, and I couldn’t hear any noise from outside — it was perfectly quiet. An ideal spot for a restful night’s stay, especially if you're just passing through or need a quick stopover

The location is ideal for exploring Cagliari in its entirety, both on foot and by public transport. In the heart of the historic center. Clean environment, rooms are cleaned every day. Efficient customer service, even in the evening. Very kind and helpful host.

Onlyrooms IV

It's all ok. The rooms are much better equipped than the first impression of the house would suggest. You practically fall from the front door into the old town. For travelers with cars, the parking space is of particular importance, and the proximity to the port for using the ferry is a considerable advantage.

OnlyRooms is in an historic building with high ceilings, very high ceilings. Check-in is easy, the Lady, who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, The room was perfect. The room was on the fourth floor, accessible by an old elevator. So if you have very big suitcases, you only can use it alone, because it is narrow, but works perfect. The location is next to the train-station, so its a good choice if you choose public transport. There is a parking spot, just around the corner, which was included. A good choice, because parking spots are not easy to find. You can reach the old town, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing in minutes. There are nice Cafes just around the corner. So for us it was a wonderful stay. I can truly recommend staying here.

What a great find! The location is stellar for a Cagliari walkabout, the room is in a cool old building right at the port, and the parking setup is absolutely great. Special thanks, too, for fantastic communication. We flew in at midnight and came into a dark, quiet city in an unfamiliar rental car. But the instructions and included videos got us there! Nothing. I only nvite management to warn guests that the numeration on the street is confusing. It took us a few minutes to figure out that number 167 (or whatever it was) was across the street from number 8! 🤷‍♀️

It's in a dreamy location, you can really see the bay from the terrace. The elevator is also worth a miracle, it is ancient, beautiful and yet silent and flawless. Windows that close well, in a busy location, in the center, yet quiet. Coffee, tea in the room, cleaned every day.

This property is very centrally located and offers excellent arrangements for parking at a nearby parking lot. The staff were extremely helpful when our flight was delayed and we could not arrive until nearly midnight. They sent detailed instructions for self checking in.

The staff is competent, available for anything, very knowledgeable and kind. The top location, opposite the station for those arriving by train from the airport. Two steps from the center. Clean room, equipped with a coffee machine. I had a great time and will definitely go back.

Well located and easy to access accommodation. Friendly staff who replied quickly to all our inquiries and recommended some places to eat in the city. Clean room with private bathroom, equipped with a small coffee machine and a small fridge, which was very convenient.

Fantastic contact with the staff. I received a lot of important and practical information before check-in and during my stay, e.g. what to visit, where to eat, etc. Excellent location, especially for people using public transport (trains, buses). It was very clean (rooms cleaned every day, towels changed as needed). I also had coffee and tea at my disposal every day. The room has air conditioning, TV, bedside lamp, hairdryer. It was quiet (I had a room facing the inner courtyard). It was safe. Stefania & Giulia, thank you very much, you are very fantastic.

Renovated rooms, very clean in the room and bathroom. We arrived at night and to my surprise the room was warm and the air conditioning was working. Possibility of checking in via WhatsApp, so they will come and collect the keys from the box. Train and bus station across the street.

The location is great. In front of the station. We arrived by train from the airport and so we had a great time. The center is just a stone's throw away. We visited all the main roads comfortably. The room faces the sea with a beautiful view. Spacious and comfortable. Well air conditioned. Giulia at reception was perfect.
